Herkimer is the name given to the doubly terminated quartz crystals found in Herkimer County, New York and Mohawk River valley, often referred to as Herkimer ‘Diamonds’ due to their similar structure and exceptional radiance.
Each stone is naturally formed and includes dark inclusions of calcite, dolomite, pyrite and sphalerite.
