do you have a shop where I can view your jewellery?

Apologies, no. Only Through Shadows is an online only business, we keep very little stock and make jewellery to order.

Do you ship to the us?

Yes! Shipping the the US costs 15 pounds and usually takes about 10 days.

will you reinstate EU & NI shipping?

We really hope so! Sadly the new rules for exporting to your countries have just become very complex and expensive for small companies. If we can find a way to accommodate the regulations we will update the website asap, but for now we can't say when that will be.

Can you repair my chain that has broken?

Yes, if you need repair of an item of Only Through Shadows jewellery, please get in touch for a repair quote, we'll need to know which design and metal it is. Repairs and replacements usually take between 1 - 2 weeks to complete.

can you resize my ring?

Yes most rings can be resized, there will be a resizing fee depending on the metal and design of the ring. Please get in touch with us for a quote, we'll need to know which design and metal it is. *Please note that we only resize or repair our own jewellery.

can you make me a custom piece or change an existing design for me?

Sadly we can't provide any custom work, bespoke or alterations to the jewellery except the sizing. Many apologies for any disappointment caused.

Can you melt down my ring to make me a piece of jewellery?

This is not something we can help you with, but we're happy to recommend some jewellers who do provide that service for you.
